Immigration

This country was founded by immigration.  To be anti-immigrant is to be anti America.  That being said, there is an established protocol on how to become a citizen.  I currently can’t say whether that protocol is fair or unfair as I need to learn more specifics.  The simple truth is that any non-citizen permanently living in our country is breaking the law.

Furthermore I am concerned why this non-citizen made this choice.  Is the legal path to citizenship flawed or do these individuals not respect American laws? Why would anyone move to a country to break laws and not become a citizen?

I will always put America and her citizens first.  We should agree on a fair and safe path to citizenship, and justly protect our country from those who break the law.
